Kate has called The Hills home for almost as long as she has had the privilege of working in the property industry - now spanning over 15 years.
Her real estate career has seen her working across nearly every role within an agency, including sales, property management, leasing, and leadership, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
At just 25, she launched her first property management business, driven by a clear focus on delivering a better customer experience. This approach led to a loyal client base, a high-performing department, and recognition through both national and industry awards.
She has also had the opportunity to work within one of Australia’s leading training organisations, where she coached and mentored some of the country’s top property management professionals, as well as presenting at major real estate industry events.
Ultimately, The Hills drew her back, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
Kate Benjamin Property was founded after she recognised a gap between her own expectations as both a landlord and tenant, and what she was experiencing in the market. Built with the customer at its core, the business is shaped by continually asking what clients truly want - both investors and tenants. Her commitment remains focused on listening, evolving, and innovating to consistently deliver a better property experience.
